Attentive and caring staff made my stay better.

Our experience was quite disappointing overall. We initially received a room that was incredibly noisy, situated just above the trash bins, which made it impossible for us to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, there was a persistent foul smell throughout the hotel, which started from the elevators and lingered in the hallways, making our time there quite unpleasant.

Chapter Roma offered a fantastic stay for my business trip. The location was ideal, within walking distance to major attractions, making it easy to explore during downtime. The staff were exceptionally attentive, assisting me whenever needed. The room was clean and featured a lovely terrace, while the breakfast selection included freshly baked pastries and a variety of beverages.

On top of that, a persistent smell in the room from cooking—maybe onions? —creeps into the corridors and near the elevators, which could use a little better air circulation. The bathroom amenities need a closer look too, the flush isn't as strong as you'd hope, and there’s no place to stash your own shower supplies. Adding water refill stations would elevate the experience as well, and a distinct scent for the hotel could help leave a memorable impression.

However, I would have appreciated more food options at the bar during my visit.

We loved being just a 5-minute walk from Campo de' Fiori. Having our two dogs with us was no issue at all, and the friendly staff made everything easy. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family's needs.

My wife says that a dog-friendly area would be great outside for guests to enjoy with their pets.
